*Feature:

2.Digital temperature control and double digital display,use PID technique with
automatic high-temperature alarm.
3.Every needle could be used by single or by set,and the highness of air-separating
board is adjustable.
4.Use the corrosion resistant material,with long life span and easy to clean.
5.The common size of heating blocks is 15mm,17mm or 21mm,and the special size type
could be ordered.

* Processing

1.Connect the Nitrogen source with the air-separating board.
2.Arrange the useful needles,raise the others unwilling use of.
3.Design the Temp,when it is stable,put the tubes into the block or tube rack.
4.Adjust the height of air-separating board,let each needle is over the sample
surface
5.Gently turn on the gas switch,and adjust the height of needles,in order to form
waves on the surface.

* Notice:In different condition,according to the wet,composition of the air,pure degree
of the blowing gas,you could adjust the blowing speed in order to get the perfect
concentrating result.
