This series of products is widely used for the sterilization of
soft packages (PVC or none PVC) as well as PP or PE plastic bags
for big infusions in pharmaceutical enterprises and medical
organizations. With boiling water (over I00 degrees centigrade)
as its medium, medicines are heated by circulated spray until
they have reached the temperature for sterilization, which avoids
the blind angle of temperature cause by cold air. The circulated
water is also used for the indirect cooling of the medicines
after sterilization.
Equipped with a counter-pressure device, the pressure in or out
of the bags is completely equal and that protects the bags from
exploding. Even in low temperature, sterilization can be done
evenly. This instrument is designed and produced in line with
ISO 09001quality system and GMP standard.
