WESTINGAREA supplied MBS Impact Modifiers have the excellent performance displayed as:
Impact modifiers MBS is a methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer.
The impact modifier MBS shows obvious core-shell structure,
the core is made of moderate cross-linking elastomer,
then copolymers with the hard shell. It can improve the impact strength of
PVC products with good transparency and without damaging its inherent properties.
It is used with pipes, fittings, clear bottles, clear sheets of PVC products, etc.
Note: add 7 parts MBS per 100 parts PVC.

Good heat stability
Little stress-whitening
Little and no influence on taste and odour
Easy for blending with PVC and other additives
Efficient dispersion and processibility for extruder, injection molding，
