Air permeability tester is designed and manufactured according to
GB/T 10655-2003 which is equal to ISO4638-1984, and compatible with
GB/T5453-1997, ISO9237-1995, ASTM D737-96, GB/T4689.22-1996,
GB/T13764-92 and other related standards. We also refer to standards
and criterions of many international famous automotive manufactures.
This equipment is applicable for air permeability test and air
resistance test for auto seat materials like PVC, foam, leather,
textile, non-woven cloth, and so on. Users can control materials’

2. Principle
A. Adjust the system to produce a constant air flux passes through
the specimen vertically, then test the deferential pressure between
the two sides of the specimen under this condition and calculate the
ventilation resistance.
B. Adjust the system to produce a constant pressure, then test the
air flux that passes through the given area vertically within
definite time and calculate air permeation.
C. Other test function.
