designed for the coarse slurry of paper making industry and
the impurity condition with adopting the advanced international
double-current impeller form of “S” type large alleyway. The
pump has good capability of passing grain without jam and the
range (especial fit transporting 5%--6%) of transporting slurry
thickness (1-8%) is very large. Many articles can pass through
this pump such as long fiber cotton slurry (length of fiber 60—
80mm ), chemical fiber slurry, coarse wood slurry, kinds of grains,
sewage and garbage etc. Compared with the old ZBJ type slurry pump,
the weight of impeller is very light (adopting plate welding impeller
and extract casting impeller); the force of axes radial is small;
the useful life is long and the efficiency can be increased 10—15%.
If the passing parts adopt the material of ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Crl8Nil 2M
02Ti, CD4MCu, JM3, it can be used to transport the caustic liquid
slurry under 200 ℃ . If it adopts the helix special impeller, it
can transport the high dense slurry material ≤ 15 ％ .
