Apparatus to determine the Heat Deflection Temperature or the Vicat Softening Point
This testing machine-with 3 test station-determine the Heat Deflection Temperature
or the Vicat Softening Point of thermoplastics. And the specimens charged with a
constant load and immersed in a bath, where temperature is increased at a standard
velocity.

The attained heat resistance rate of plastic materials is a widely required parameter
or for product characterization, for quality control, as well as for evaluating their
conformity to the previewed applications.
The optional software system enables to produce graphs showing the deformation of each
specimen and temperature increase versus time.
This tester may be used for tests conforming to the following standards: ISO 75, ISO
306, ASTM D648, ASTM D 1525, GB/T 1633, GB/T 1634.
Housing made of steel.
Stainless steel inner bath.
The designed volume insures a very good thermal exchange.
