separator knife make the cap under the state of level,then to pick-up caps by cap-screwing
head ,the level cover separator knife pushes six caps each time through step by step. The
six screwing heads of the cap-screwing machine picks up cap through lightly pressing toward the upright and below direction.the pick-up ratio is more than 99%.
* After picked-up the screwing head, it moves into the right direction of bottle’mouth due
to the cap and bottle’s mouth being in the same beeline. It isn’t hardly slant, and the
screwing head again press and screw toward the below direction ,finally it is easy and
accurate to screw caps on the bottle’s mouth tightly.
* The torsinal moment of screwing head is set automatically according to the actual
instance,the screwing head slides automatically while beginning to set the torsional
moment.It is to ensure the consistency of loosen and tigheness of cap-screwing and to
guarantee the product quality
