All steel industrial special microwave oven different from that
of household type. Its cavity is coated with 5 layers of modified
teflon（PFA），with excellent performance to withstand acid corrosion.
Standard configuration with high precise high temperature link
pressure sensor, platinum resistance temperature sensor and ten
(10) novel heavy frame super pressure digestion vessel.

1. dual measuring & controlling of temperature, pressure,：
Maximum pressure 80atm Maximum temperature 250℃

2. High precise high temperature link pressure sensor，pressure
measuring precision : 0.01MPa，pressure measuring range:0-10MPa；

3.High sensitive temperature platinum resistance temperature sensor
temperature measuring range 0-250℃， precision: 1 ℃；

4. Digestion vessel(patent) is heavy frame vessel construction,
vertical oriented explosion protection design, dismounting easier,
cooling quicker; digestion vessel with dual-pressure-release
-protection of air vent and sealing bowl, capacity 100ml，withstand
pressure; 8MPa。

5. Extra big oven chamber (53L), inner vessel adopt 5 layer modified
Teflon coating
with extra anti-corrosion, can treat 10 super high
pressure（80 atm.） high capacity （100 ml）digestion vessel at
same time;

6.Frequency variable circuit， output successional microwave;
output power 1100W， adjustable 10 step, adopt design of resonance
microwave and power matched with microwave chamber to ensure
uniformity of microwave

7. Oven chamber ventilation adopt acid corrosion-proof big fan
with exhaust capacity of 5M 3 /min.

8. Special designed self-lock safety oven door, to protect
operator from suddenness explosion.
