* The combination of two Semi-Prep pumps dual-head digital pumps with pressure
monitoring meet the flow requirements for applications in the semi-preparative
to preparative range.
* The standard Semi-Prep pump, which includes a built-in pulse damper and a static
mixer, is capable of delivering flows with low pulsation - less than 2% RSD at the
maximum flow rate of 20 mL/min (at 2500 psi). Self-flushing pump heads actively wash
the region behind the pump seals, dramatically extending seal life when buffers are
used as mobile phase.
* The maximum operating pressure in this flow rate range is 2500 psi. The maximum flow
rate in isocratic mode is 40 mL/min. Linear binary gradient profiles can be accomplished
using the two-pump system; the maximum flow rate possible in this mode is 20 mL/min.
