Health Policy

2.Westingarea supply physical examination for all stuff every year,encourage staff to take part in sports activities.We organize collective sports project with a special sports fund.
3.Westingarea has own stack room,and every employee can suggest the company to purchase new books and hold book club meeting.

4.Employees over 12 month will have free travel scheme,by which they can be encouraged and feel more relax.

Security Policy

1. All employees joining the company will have strict security and safety training, the concept of security and safety training must be acceptted by them before the internship period.
2.On the way before or after work , all employees must comply with traffic rules.Do not cross the street and red light, never speeding drive and co-driver must wear a seatbelt. Don't run except the emergency.
3.We will onsider the safety of the stuff and visitor before we purchase the office equipment.Make sure the equipment to without sharp and angular objects. Sharp goods like Pen must keep downward in the box after use.Electrical equipment must be completed by professional stuff.Running under non-emergency is prohibitted.
4.All staff must be familiar with building exit routes and fire-fighting equipment position,once fires and earthquakes happen,try to escape under the coordination of emergency teams,
then take the wounded to hospital.
5.Accept the rules when you enter the client site, office areas, hotels and other places
6.Westingarea purchase personal accident injury insurance for the staff who has business trip.

Environmental protection policy

1.Westingarea's attitude is to be a corporate citizen with social responsibility.It require the company and stuff have the concept of environmental protection when work.
2.The products with environmental protection certification is preferred when we purchase equipment and other products.
3.Rreduce the use of printer, copier and other office consumable material, paper used by double-side.Make office training and divide the waste as organic, inorganic, harmful,battery etc;save water, electricity, reduce energy waste.
4.Obey the EHS regulations when the company's stuff visit customer or Party A.
